Cancellation Policy:
More than 24 hours’ notice: If you need to cancel your order and do so with more than 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled delivery or pickup time, we will provide a full refund of your payment.
Within 24 hours’ notice: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery or pickup time, preparations may already be underway, and resources may already be allocated. Therefore, we offer a partial 50% refund of your payment in these instances.
Modification Requests: Changes to your order, including adjustments to the size, ingredients, or pickup/delivery time, are welcome. We ask that you notify us of any modifications at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup time to ensure we can accommodate your request.
